Founded in 1935 in the village of Cuis. The Gimonnet family has been growing grapes since 1750. Today the family owns 72.6 acres. Premier Cru Vineyards in Cuis and Marieul-sur-Aÿ with Grand Cru Vineyards in Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Vertus, and Aÿ. Majority of the plantings are Chardonnay.
