Celebrated my 50th with the 1996 Champagne vintage. It was an awesome night. Friends brought some very nice pre-wines that included Raveneau and the 2008 Roederer Cristal Champagne.
The 1996s, I shared with the group were, Egly-Ouriet, Pol Roger, Henriot, Salon, Dom Perignon, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne.
